The escrow process is complemented by different status in order to release the asset in the accounts of the trade. These statuses depend on the type of sale being offered, which may be products, services, or hybrids.

Which in turn can have a time configuration as is the case of service-type sales, these have the particularity of being able to configure a minimum time in which you as a business have to notify us (Zenkipay) informing that you have already delivered the service, it is right there when we will ask the buyer via email, if he or she has have received the service.

If the shopper informs Zenkipay of the satisfaction of the service, the following status is entered “Waiting for the buyer’s approval” in which the buyer will have a time to open a dispute for any anomaly that come to present in this time threshold.
