Address

For security reasons, you are allowed to perform withdrawals only to whitelisted and authorized addresses.

How to whitelist an address

In the left side menu, select “Configuration”, “Withdrawal” and “Address” in order to navigate into withdrawal addresses’ whitelist settings.

Click on “Add new address” button.

Choose a cryptocurrency, an address and an alias to identify it.
❗ Make sure the blockchain matches your wallet.
❗ Make sure the address is correct as otherwise you could permanently lose your funds.

data ℹ You can set the address as main, which means it will be prefilled as recipient address on withdrawals. Only a single address per cryptocurrency could be set as main.

  • Sometimes, some cryptocurrencies, besides the address, require a TAG (MEMO, note, Digital ID), it’s really important that you verify if your address requires it, because if so and it isn’t added correctly, your funds will be permanently lost.

For security reasons, in order to whitelist a withdrawal address, we request two authentication codes, which are sent via email and SMS, the recipient email and phone number are the ones set up in the merchant’s onboarding.

  • Under “Email security code”, click on “Request” button to send the code and type it in the text box.

  • Under “SMS security code”, click on “Request” button to send the code and type it in the text box.

*If after some minutes you haven’t received the codes, you could click on “Resend” button to request them again.
   

Verify that the information is correct, check the box and click on “Save” button.

Delete withdrawal address

To remove an address, click the delete icon on the address you want to remove (displayed in the actions column):

You will be prompted to write a confirmation for the changes to take effect permanently.
