This option allows you to withdraw your cryptocurrencies to your wallet.
Log into Zenki portal and under “My products”, select Zenkipay to access into the dashboard.
There are two ways to go into Withdrawal module:
Way A:
- In the left side menu, select “Balance” to check your available balance’s dashboard.
- Click on “Withdraw” button of the group of cryptocurrencies you want to withdraw.
Way B:
- In the left side menu, select “Configuration”, “Withdrawal” and “Send”.
In Withdrawal screen, select the account you want to withdraw funds from.
Note: Only the accounts with available balance will be listed.
Choose the recipient address for your withdrawal.
Note: For security reasons, you are allowed to perform withdrawals only to whitelisted addresses.
If your recipient address haven’t been whitelisted yet, it could be done in two ways:
- Click on “Add new address”, a window, in which you can enter your data, will be opened.

- In the left side menu, select “Configuration”, “Withdrawal” and “Address” to navigate into withdrawal addresses’ whitelist settings.

Once you have selected your recipient address, enter the amount to withdraw, you can enter the specific amount or click on “All” to autofill with the whole available amount in the source account.
After entering all your withdrawal data, click on “Withdrawal” button, it will open a window contaning the withdrawal details and will request authorization to perform it.
- Received amount: Estimated amount that will be received in the recipient address, because depending the cryptocurrency, the transaction could charge a fee for network usage (not under Zenki control), which is taken from withdrawal total amount.
- Network fee: Transaction charge because of network usage (not under Zenki control), that is taken from withdrawal total amount.
- Total: Withdrawal total amount, that is charged to selected source account.
Note: “Received amount” and “Network fee” values are approximate, because it could lightly change depending on the blockchain traffic (not under Zenki control) at the moment the operation is performed.
For security reasons, in order to whitelist a withdrawal address, we request two authentication codes, which are sent via email and SMS, the recipient email and phone number are the ones set up in the merchant’s onboarding.
- Under “Email security code”, click on “Request” button to send the code and enter it in the text box.
- Under “SMS security code”, click on “Request” button to send the code and enter it in the text box.
*If after some minutes you haven’t received the codes, you could click on “Resend” button to request them again.
Verify that the withdrawal’s information is correct, check the box and click on “Withdraw” button.
This operation could take several minutes depending on the cryptocurrency, but we will notify you via email your withdrawal’s status.
