Escrow
This screen will be used to manage the configuration of the Escrow that the business has. The available sections will be explained below.
In this section the types of services that are provided by the company will be defined, among those available are the following:
Service | Description |

Goods (Products) | It is used for businesses that physically ship their products to customers. This type of service requires that a tracking number be included with the purchase order. |
Services | It is used for businesses that do not have physical shipments of their products. These types of services do not require to include a tracking number, however, a time limit is established for the release of the customer service. |
Hybrids (Goods and Services) | It is used for companies that offer physical products and services. This setting forces the merchant to include a tracking number on orders. |
This section allows you to specify if the merchant will enable a communication mechanism with which it will be possible to announce that the service was delivered satisfactorily.

Each of the available options are explained below:
When turning on the reception of notifications via API, it will request that the time limit for Zenkipay to receive the notification via API be configured, otherwise, the platform will automatically send an email to the buyer, indicating that the product should have already been delivered.
The following link specifies the structure to notify zenkipay of the delivery of the service API.
By deactivating the reception of notifications via API, you will be asked to configure the default time in which Zenkipay will notify the buyer about the release of the service. This means that the company has a limited time set to deliver the service.
In this section, you can specify how long your buyer has to approve the purchase or open a dispute after receiving it.
