For security reasons, you are allowed to perform withdrawals only to whitelisted and authorized addresses.
How to whitelist an address In the left side menu, select “Configuration”, “Withdrawal” and “Address” in order to navigate into withdrawal addresses’ whitelist settings.
Click on “Add new address” button.
Choose a cryptocurrency, an address and an alias to identify it.
❗ Make sure the blockchain matches your wallet.
❗ Make sure the address is correct as otherwise you could permanently lose your funds.
This option allows you to withdraw your cryptocurrencies to your wallet.
How to withdraw your assets Log into Zenki portal and under “My products”, select Zenkipay to access into the dashboard.
There are two ways to go into Withdrawal module:
Way A:
In the left side menu, select “Balance” to check your available balance’s dashboard. Click on “Withdraw” button of the group of cryptocurrencies you want to withdraw. Way B: In the left side menu, select “Configuration”, “Withdrawal” and “Send”.
This option allows you to view the history of all your withdrawals.
View your withdrawals You can check your last withdrawals in the bottom part of “Send” screen.
You can also get in this screen by clicking on “View full history”.
In this module you can manage your withdrawal addresses, withdraw your cryptocurrencies and view the history of your withdrawals.
